Camp Hours:
**Campers can essentially stay all day if needed, from 8-5:30pm Mon-Fri.

Afternoon Ext Care          3:15pm - 5:30pm (Mon-Thu)

**MVA is on the corner of Shoreline Blvd and California Ave, near downtown Mtn View, El Camino Real, Central Expwy, 237, 101, and 85.

Camp Rates:
Prices listed below include daily juice/punch/sports drink and morning snack, a frozen treat/fruit at the end of each day, art supplies, all sports equipment, BEC camp t-shirt, BEC drawstring backpack, BEC water bottle, book by PCA founder Jim Thompson titled "Positive Sports Parenting", and other end of camp prizes.

         1 Session:    $245   Full Week All Day
           1 Session:    $370   Full Week All Day with Unlimited Extended Care
         1 Session:    $175   Full Week Half Day (a.m. only)

Discounts:

1. GoBald Early by registering before Feb 15th and each week of camp is just $225/wk.

2. GoBald All Summer

5 Sessions: $1075 Full Week All Day ($215/wk)
5 Sessions: $1650 Full Week All Day with Unlimited Extended Care

There are no discounts on Half Day rates. You may determine which weeks will be basketball or multi-sports. There is no expiration on this offer.

Extended Care:
We offer daily morning Extended Care from 8-8:30am and afternoons till 5:30pm. You will be able to make one payment by check or credit card at pick up the last day of each session for minutes used. We charge $10/hr in 15min increments. See our Unlimited options listed below for huge savings and convenience. Advanced notice is appreciated.

Unlimited Extended Care: $125/wk (savings of $40/wk)

Scholarships:
Bald Eagle Camps understands that we are all going thru tough economic times, and because we believe in community, we will offer a limited number of full and partial scholarships. The awarding of these scholarships is based on a written teacher reference regarding the behavior/character of the camper as well as financial need. An application is required. Please contact glenda@baldealgecamps.com and request that application. The application deadline is May 1st.

Missed Days and Prorates:
There are no refunds or make-ups for missed days, and we are not able to prorate fees.

Cancellations: You may cancel your reservation and get a full refund by May 1st. After May 1st until 2 weeks prior to the start of camp, you will get a full refund minus a $100 administration fee. Once we are within 2 weeks of camp, there will be no refund unless we can find someone to fill your spot, in which case you will still pay the administration fee.

Payment Options:
For your convenience, we give you the option to register and pay online, or print an application and mail it with payment.

Registration Deadline:
There is no deadline but sessions do fill up. Basketball filled every session last year. You may walk-in register on the first day of camp, if there is room available.
