Tryouts for Fall AAU Teams are coming up!
Sunday AUG 10th at Los Altos High School
Are you ready for the next level?!
BALD EAGLE AAU serves players from all across the Bay Area. Our focus is on PURE DEVELOPMENT of their skills, game concepts, mindset & attitude towards greatness on the court and in life.
We emphasize positive feedback from PRO Coaches who live at a high standard of character and personal excellence.
Players in our AAU Program receive perks no other club can offer including special access to extra gym time and various elite facilities, not to mention training and development through our larger BASKETBALL CLUB concept.
We believe youth should be multi-sport athletes through high school and we are opposed to sport specialization through middle school. That said, some players call basketball their primary sport and want year-round opportunities to become Elite players. We offer pathways to both types of athletes.
We offer flexible opportunities for beginner to elite players to play basketball year-round. We offer consistent, exceptional coaching and facilities regardless of player commitment level.
BALD EAGLE BASKETBALL CLUB and AAU team programs are designed to hit the "high quality experience" mark where most other AAU programs are more focused on winning and revenues rather than what is best for a childs development.
We prioritize teaching, development, & teamwork while building a passion and love for the game of basketball.
Our program is built and managed by Coach Bob McFarlane, an award winning community leader named by the PCA as a Development Zone Leadership Fellow for building quality programs that exude a safe and encouraging, yet competitive environment.

BASKETBALL CLUB PHILOSOPHY
Bald Eagle Basketball Club puts an emphasis on DEVELOPMENT & BUILDING PASSION for basketball. We serve a large basketball community with programs for Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced & Elite. We are excited to have you be a part of it and to see your child become an excellent basketball player with a love of the game.
We live in a world with busy kids with sports seasons overlapping, but Bald Eagle wants to serve everyone we can. As numbers dictate, we will offer our Ballers Regional AAU team to serve players who want to improve but may have multi-sport/other conflicts.
Our belief strategy dictates a larger roster of players to allow flexibility, and tournament play will be on a "first to commit" basis. This allows families with lots of conflicts to still participate.
We will also offer Practice Only spots on this team for players who are unavailable to play at all on any weekend due to other sport conflicts.
All program placements and designations are intended to maximize the growth opportunity in basketball no matter the degree of commitment.
